What is UC Action Hub?
UC Action Hub is the widget that offers every contact channel from a single button at the bottom corner of your site: WhatsApp, phone, email, social media, contact form, online booking and complaints. Visitors pick the channel that suits them; you manage everything from one panel.
Modules
- WhatsApp: single or multiple numbers (per department/person), business hours, pre-filled welcome message.
- Phone: one-tap calling; multiple numbers on Pro.
- Email and social: your addresses and profiles in one list.
- Contact form: submissions land in the panel inbox with email alerts (Pro).
- Online booking: visitors pick a slot from your availability; confirmation email and calendar file are sent automatically (Pro).
- Complaints/suggestions: tracked records in the inbox (Pro).
Setup order
- Create a new widget in the panel, choose UC Action Hub and enter your domain.
- Enable the modules you need; each has its own settings page.
- Match colors and position to your brand; check the live preview.
- Add the one-line code to your site.
First-setup tips
Start small; WhatsApp + phone covers most businesses on day one. If you plan to use booking, set your availability calendar (working hours, holidays, slot length) correctly first.
